RIOS LLC is a United States-based e-commerce company that curates and sells retail products online, with a VIP subscriber program that gives members marketing text updates about new product drops, member-only offers, limited restocks, promotional discount codes, and product updates.

Who We Are

RIOS LLC is a registered U.S. limited liability company. We operate an online direct-to-consumer retail business and communicate with our customers through our website, email, and (with their explicit consent) text message. We are not a lead-generation company, and we do not sell, rent, or share customer contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What We Do

Our core business is selling curated retail products to consumers through our online storefront and fulfillment partners. In addition to the general storefront, we run an invite-friendly VIP List that customers can opt into when they want to be the first to know about:

• New product launches and product-drop announcements
• Limited-quantity restocks and member-only product releases
• VIP-only promotional offers, discount codes, and seasonal sales

Revenue is generated from direct retail sales of our products. The VIP List itself is free to join and is not a paid subscription — it is a customer-loyalty and marketing channel that drives repeat purchases and improves the customer experience.

How the VIP List Works

1. Opt-in: A customer visits our VIP sign-up page, enters their name, email, and U.S. mobile number, and actively checks the optional marketing SMS consent box if they want to receive recurring marketing text messages. Consent is never pre-checked and is never a condition of purchase.
2. Messaging: Enrolled members receive up to 10 SMS per month from RIOS LLC with product-drop alerts, member-only offers, restock notices, promotional discount codes, and product updates. All messages identify RIOS LLC as the sender and include opt-out instructions.
3. Opt-out: Members can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, STOP ALL) to any message, or by contacting us at the email or phone number below.

Our Commitments

• We comply with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC requirements.
• We collect phone numbers only by direct user input on our opt-in form — never from purchased lists or third parties.
• We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS data is only shared with SMS aggregators/providers strictly for delivering the messages you consented to receive.
• All consent is logged with a timestamp, the consent text presented, the source URL, and the user agent.
